Unlike many other tile companies, Chris does not rely on under experienced employees to tackle his installations.
He is not only the one who initially meets with the client, but is also personally in charge of each project from beginning to end. In addition, by not employing a large staff, overhead costs are kept down and communication channels are very direct.
Chris is very up- to- date regarding the changing technology of tile and setting material, as well as changes in local building codes.
He has installed every kind of porcelain, ceramic, glass, terra- cotta, stone and composite tile indoors and out.
Chris realizes and is sensitive to people's different budgets, and can recommend small changes to a design that can significantly reduce installation and tile costs without affecting the overall look.
